Ballet IV/V Teens Ballet

For the Teen dancer that may have had ballet when very young and needs a refresher, or is new to Ballet and needs to learn/relearn the building blocks of Ballet. This class will reintroduce the basics and work on alignment, strength, spatial skills, grace through the arms and hands, powerful legs and emphasize the sheer enjoyment of a new art form.
